Job Description
1. Welcome guests to the property and assist with enquiries, complaints and other customer requirements.
2. Greet persons entering the premises and directing individuals to correct destination.
3.Ensure reception area and surround is presentable
4. Deal with queries or requests from the visitors and employees, e.g. directions, valet parking.
5. Assist guests with luggage and coordinating with bell boy to deliver to rooms/guests;
Coordinate with Security team and ensure the safety of the building is top priority;
Adhere to grooming standards and ensure company image is presented positively at all times;
