Job Description

Transguard Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for a Guest Management System Operator- EXPO Pavilion. The role is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary technical operations for the EXPO Pavilion. The Guest Management System Operator will be responsible for managing the Audio Visual and Theatrical Automation hardware and show controller software systems of the complete guest experience journey. Seamlessly integrating the show control into the Guest Flow Management System maintaining optimum guest flow and an exceptional guest sensory immersive experience.  

Responsibilities

  • Ensure technical governance across a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent guest experience.
  • Work closely with AV Controllers to ensure that the guest experience is optimized and that the experience is seamless.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure that across the function’s employees are engaged, focused, developed and delivering their potential to manage the guest experience.
  • Contribute to the management to ensure that safety and quality systems compliment the operational model
  • Respond to analytical data quickly and advising team members of necessary actions to keep the flow of guest constant
  • Analyze areas of concern and report this to the Guest Operations Controller.
  • Communicate actions to cross functional teams to ensure the guest experience is maintained to the highest standards
  • Always control a crucial element of hardware intrinsic to the guest experience whilst maintaining safety and security.
  • Manage all radio communications with teams
  • Resolve quality issues without support and responding quickly to challenges faced within the Pavilion
  • Required to work on a rotational basis to cover the pavilion’s hours of operation
