Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Help Desk Operator for our Transguard Living Division
The Help Desk Operator for Transguard Living is responsible for delivering a professional and efficient service as first point of contact for both internal and external clients.
The Operator is responsible to log calls, register jobs on the help desk database. Jobs may be received by telephone, email or in person.
The Operator will be responsible for;
Allocating work orders to the maintenance team
Tracking job progress against pre-determined KPI's including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.
Report back to clients and contact staff on job progress and completion.
General administration duties as and when required, supporting the service admin and site management
Reporting and management of CRM systems.
Skills
Looking for candidates with excellent telephone manners and customer service skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Minimum 2 years call center or customer service experience.
Knowledge of Reactive/ Home Maintenance is highly desirable.
