Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator to be a part of its Transguard Living (TGL) division. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, responsible for carrying out day to day tasks and making sure operations run smoothly.
As a Helpdesk Operator, your responsibilities include the following:
- Logging of jobs in the Salesforce system
- Answer TGL & Lootah calls
- Liaising with customer on progress of jobs carried out by our maintenance team
- Upselling AMCs and other TGL services
- Logging of helpdesk calls on a daily basis
- Quotation follow up with cost estimator
- Customer relationship
- Customer survey to be updated
- Updating customer profiles with works carried out
- Communicate with the TGL control room team on the customer feedback, technicians, and procurement
- Ensure all jobs through the Salesforce system are contacted
- Review and schedule of the Salesforce calendars
- Customer feedback follow up calls
- Create Salesforce accounts for customers who request through TG
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience with call center / customer service
- Knowledge of FM or home maintenance services is desirable
- Must have knowledge in CAFM and be proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
