Transguard Group is recruiting Room Attendant Duties: (Guest Room Valet) for Atlantis.

Scope: The role of a Houseman is to clean, service, supply, and provide turndown service for guest rooms and provide a high level of comfort for guests at all times as well as cleaning the Public Areas including Public bathrooms, lobby areas, corridors, and all indoor and outdoor areas when required. A Housekeeping Attendant may also work in the Laundry department assisting with cleaning and sorting laundry for guests and Hotel laundry items.
A houseman is responsible for the overall sanitation and maintenance of the assigned premises. Housemen’s duties include assisting in the housekeeping department to clean common areas, repairing and replacing malfunctioned units and furniture, responding to guests’ requests and inquiries, flexibility to multi-task, and coordinating with other personnel for concerns and guests' assistance.
Duties:
Vacuum and clean all public areas in the hotel corridors.
Meet and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Ensure the Hotel corridors are always clean.
Ensure lost and found items are submitted to the Duty Supervisor.
Replenish cleaning items and maintain cleaning equipment

Occupational Health & Safety Card (UAE accreditation)
Understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and Standards in the UAE
Housekeeping sequence of service skills
