We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Expeditor for our trusted client to be based out of Dubai.
Scope-
Managing, Organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Job Responsibility-
- Receiving of shipment (including unloading, unboxing & review of documents).
- Check incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Physical inspection of received items vs packing list and shipped documents (3 way match etc.).
- Inspect parts for signs of damage.
- Perform system related transactions such as receipt and GRN generation, Bin creation, Item query etc.
- Material/Part Number substitution.
- NCR initiation on wrong parts received.
- Material Put away.
- Cycle counts.
- Packing, providing support to boxing of orders.
- Picking and filling orders from stock for BOMs or Shipping picklists.
- Ensuring packed and boxed items match packing list.
- Material handling in the warehouse for receiving, kitting and shipping.
- Provide information required for Shipping documentation.
- Goods Receipt costing for the received materials.
- ERP: SAP Experience.
- Co-ordination with third party packing vendor.
- Management of materials at stores related to customer complaints (FIRT/CCM…etc.).
Skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Customer Care
• ERP Experience: SAP
• Computer Skills, MS Office, Six Sigma, etc
