We are currently recruiting for a IT officer for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Profile-
Functional
- Develop and maintain an IT strategic plan, participate in required Executive Operations Committees
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual IT expense and operational budgets.
- Develop and maintain IT related documentation for hardware and software systems, IT related policies and procedures, and technology related workflow processes.
- Ensures helpdesk support tickets are addressed as per incident management guidelines.
- Follows established hardware and software approval processes with Director of Admin Operations.
- Responsible for supervising the electronic health record Finance & HR system Network, Cameras (CCTV), Access Doors, Microsoft license, AMC agreement, and all servers and applications in ERADA Center.
- Ensure that developed applications meets quality and standards, review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency.
- Enhancing the Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Implementation of standards like accreditation like CARF.
- Implementation of global Standards in the Processes and Procedures to meet the Government Health Authority requirements and to standardize the practices.
- Co-ordination with vendors for the Management and Maintenance of Computer Hardware’s and software’s.
- IT operations maintenance plans, architectural design (systems and networks), and close monitoring (of backups, system faults, events etc…), scalability plans, security enhancements etc…
- Oversees program management for all IT-related projects that support the enterprise and identifies solutions to resolve a need identified by executive staff.
- Provides strategic leadership, and operational direction to all IT staff that supports ERADA Center.
- Responsible for the recruiting, and training for each dedicated IT support position to ERADA Center
- Works closely with the director of admin operations on any related events that involve IT staff personnel.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
- 5 years proven experience as an IT Supervisor or relevant position with at least 2 years within the UAE.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
