We are currently recruiting for a competent Key Account Executive, Work Force Solutions (White Collar). This role will be based in Transguard Headquarters located at DAFZA, Dubai.
Scope:
The selected individual will be directly responsible for the retention and growth of our outsourcing business
Responsibilities:
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the team
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- You will be expected to be a reliable professional and be able to balance client orientation & a results-driven approach.
- You will be expected to be an excellent team player and accountable for the service delivery to clients
- Manage the contract profitability of the accounts being managed under your portfolio
- To act as the day to day/secondary point of contact for the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts.
- Ensure the clients’ expectations are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in-line with the standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and manage, with Finance, all the invoicing required for all accounts, including following up payments, stipulate fees that need to be charged to the individual client accounts.
- Create & maintain healthy business relationships with clients
- Support & Liaise with the HR Admin team for employee onboarding, management and offboarding
- Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to your clients - recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests

- Thorough experience with Microsoft Excel is required
- Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience in the outsourcing/ staffing industry is essential.
