Job Description
The Kitchen Maintenance Solutions (KMS) Technicians will be multi-skilled technicians with the ability and qualifications to undertake all maintenance works covering all aspects within a kitchen environment – like refrigeration systems, hot cooking equipment and tabletop items as required
The KMS Technicians will be responsible for carrying out PPM, diagnosis and repair works within customers premises or at workshop premises as required
Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff as required.
Work in overtime, shift work and/or out of hours working as required by customers
Carry out & follow Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain up to date knowledge through technical training provided by the Supervisor for the safe and efficient operation of all project duties.
Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including toolbox talks, health safety and environmental training related to work activities especially electrical safety and working at heights
Carry out all other duties as required
Skills
Must have valid UAE Driving license
Must be well presented, trustworthy and reliable
Develop excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their kitchens
Troubleshoot all kitchen equipment (hot and cold) and related system problems with little or no prior information.
Able to identify faulty spare parts and report to Senior Manager/Head of the department
Excellent technical knowledge of Kitchen Equipment
