We are currently recruiting for a Life Operation Executive for our trusted client to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.
Job purpose:
Support the Life operations of the company in the Gulf Region. This cover Group life, Credit Life, Individual Life as well as Group Savings and Individual Savings across Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Key Responsibilities-
- Administration tasks – perform and manage all activities link to:
o Policy issuance and endorsements, Policy booking
o Policy cancellation and refund
o Claims endorsements
o Reconciliation, reporting and log maintenance
o Daily processes
o Customer Queries
- Coordination / managing the relation whenever required with:
o Other departments of the company (life operation teams located in other countries, IT, claims, finance etc.)
o Clients (corporate and individual)
Skills
- Degree holder with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in life and savings operations
- Knowledge of Life products and processes
- Strong focus on service delivery
- Thirst for knowledge and the ability to apply laterally this knowledge in the work.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written, reporting, and verbal communication skills
- Good in dealing with customers
- Ability to apply administration principals and work with detail and a high level of accuracy
- Intermediary MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook skills
- Good time management
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Experience in any Life Administration System
