Job Description
- Pre-shipment documentation
- Co-ordination with Planning & Warehouse team and prepare documents based on shipment schedule
- Co-ordinate with Shipping line & Freight Forwarders to obtain B/L & AWB on time
- Send final shipping information to Customer
- Post-shipment documentation and dispatch documents to Consignee / Customer
- Daily follow-up and update on ‘cargo & document status’
- Final documents filing
Skills
- Knowledge of Export documentation, L/C, E-mirsal system (customs documentation)
- SAP system experience
