Job Description
Responsibility,
- Ensures that Accommodation premises have adequate first aid equipment
- Ensures that Accommodation has ample bedding and beds as required
- Carries out room inspections to ensure QHSE compliance
- To produce monthly one to one report and associated individual score cards to support the BU monthly reporting cycle
- Ensures compliance with Transguard QHSE procedures within the accommodation and will be assessed via monthly audit. This includes all accommodation documentation inclusive of QHSE documents (i.e., Risk assessments/method statements, training, maintenance etc.) up to date, implemented and communicated to all staff as necessary
- Carries out weekly internal QHSE and cleaning audits and acts on any areas of weakness.
- Daily update and passage of information in relation to time and attendance of his/her Accommodation team.
- Monthly performance evaluations of site-based staff.
- Maintains a high standard of welfare, cleanliness, hygiene, and security
- Coordinate emergency response activities
- Inducts all new arrivals to ensure awareness of regulations, HSE and available facilities.
- Maintains complete details of employees staying in the camp and facilitates check in/out of staff according to company procedure
- Follows the correct reporting chain for escalation
- Responsible for the welfare and safety of all residents, support staff, visitors and contractors.
- Maintain discipline, enforcing TG accommodation policies/ guidelines
- Will be managing a team of supervisors, security, and cleaners.
- Manages Adhoc utilities & amp; maintenance requests which involves liaising with maintenance teams and subcontractors
- Manage control daily operations of a TG accommodation property in accordance with Transguard policies, HSE and Municipal Regulations Conduct daily staff briefings to ensure focus in addition to weekly Toolbox Talks
- Assigns, schedules, and supervises camp support staff, using consistent procedures for routing all corrective and preventative maintenance repairs.
- Walk rounds to ensure inventory and management reports are completed accurately.
- Attends weekly/monthly management meetings to discuss challenges and finds solutions for continued improvement of standards
- Has knowledge of and logs all issues through CAFM software
- Updates assets register on CAFM
- Completes relevant documentation to report incidents / accidents and other breaches of security or health and safety related events, according to company procedure.
