Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

The role is to provide the accurate Management accounting information to BU and group. You will be responsible in carrying out analysis of the information extracted. Prepare analytical reports, charts and tables.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in completion of monthly management accounts and other MIS reports, in collecting budgetary information, and preparation of budgets
• Track budgets carry out actual versus budget analysis. Set up revenue and manpower forecast files
• Prepare business unit variance analysis, explain the reasons for major movements in revenue & expenses between budget, actual and previous month. Prepare adhoc reports and analysis as and when required
• Co-ordinate with Financial Accounting team to ensure that the monthly management reports are duly analysed and circulated on time
• Ensure all credit notes requests from clients are evaluated and justified before being signed off by the COO and CFO
• Support Business Unit Head in pricing for new/existing contracts and analyse the profitability of contracts by providing accurate management accounting information for pricing decisions.
• Monthly Reports Presentation (Financial health) to the management team (BU)
