We are currently recruiting for a Manager-Group Reporting and FP&A to join our team at Transguard Group.

Responsibility

• To carry out actual vs. sold / budgeted performance analysis at contract level, including but not limited to the lowest level of chart of accounts with cost, volume and price variances
• To identify the improvement opportunities through review of contract performance and manage the stakeholders ensuring the improvements are implemented and controls and processes in place for the continuous monitoring of the improvements made
• To ensure opportunities identified at contract level are replicated across, BUs, Group working the support services in particular HR, recruitment, pricing and financial accounting team
• Working on the transformation projects at Group and BU levels resulting in improved and efficient processes
