Job Description

We are now looking to hire a Manager - Overseas Recruitment for our blue-collar division

 As a Recruitment Manager you will lead the management of all our overseas recruitment partners & end to end recruitment activities. You will ensure all our overseas partners are fully briefed on volume requirements, are consistently delivering quality candidate profiles and all agents are managing the deployment of staff in to the UAE in a timely fashion.  

 

You will preferably come from a manpower consultancy/construction or hospitality background; where volume recruitment is an integral part of the business, this role will be solely responsible for volume recruitment for candidates "out of country".

 

This role will also encompass liaison with PRO's and other related departments/individuals for the smooth operation of the recruitment life cycle, experience with UAE visa process and the ability to deal with stakeholders is also essential.

 To be successful you will have experience in:

 

  • Managing overseas recruitment agents in multiple locations
  • Managing and coordinating of the deployment of volume recruitment
  • Ensuring overseas recruitment agents are meeting the volume demands & providing quality staff
  • Ensuring visas are issued on time and flight boking deadlines are achieved
  • Ensuring 100% adherence to client specific mobilisation plans
  • Leading and managing a team of recruitment administrators
  • Performing adhoc "audits" on overseas agents & candidates to ensure compliance
  • Providing regular performance and progress reports to Head – Recruitment and Heads of Departments
  • Management of all reporting to senior leadership teams
  • Setting goals for the team, monitor performance, and report results
  • Liaising with PRO’s and an understanding of the UAE visa process
  • Monitoring performance of all overseas agents on a monthly basis and reporting to management
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with all overseas partners to ensure we are always updated on visa, immigrations or recruitment related intelligence overseas and in Dubai
  • Working with your overseas recruitment agents to manage and improve sourcing, interviewing, and deployment processes
  • Overseeing the day to day operations of all direct reports ensuring goals are communicated and understood and targets are achieved
  • Ensuring the overseas recruitment team & agents adhere to company policies, procedures and governance in a consistent way and any non-compliance or complaints are handled effectively and promptly
  •  Arranging and attending regular meeting with the Business Units to forecast demand and build pools of candidates for faster mobilisations
  • Challenging and providing innovative methods that aid in the achievement of measurable improvements in metric results and which avail actionable people management solutions and strategies.
  • Measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization
