We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator - Pharma Industry for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Job responsibilities:
- Actively support implementation of regional tactical plan and campaigns roll out for assigned categories. Lead CE alignments, execution and reconciliation of regional tactical plan execution.
- Initiate and manage internal systems to execute regional tactical plan (Ariba, CAF, GCMA, CVent, ACMs..etc)
- Align with RTALs, BILs and BAI the design of market intelligence and research tools to obtain relevant information for decision making
- Along with the RTALs & BILs, develop KPI tools containing relevant market indicators (Patient Potential, Share, treatment outcomes) to support planning processes and decision making
- Track and monitor regional A&P spent and allocation versus budget on monthly bases.
- Align timelines between the different Global Planning processes (Brand Plans, LRF, OP) to meet global established deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate key deliverables from regional and Country teams to meet target dates in planning processes (metrics obtained from LRF, Patient Models and OP)
- Consolidate, administer and ease access to key data and information for smarter and faster decision making
- Deliver quality and timely information for planning processes to Regional Marketing and Country Teams
- Ensure adherence to compliance procedures and policies with continuous monitoring of active projects.
- Execute internal administration to support RTALs and BILs.
Skills
- University degree in marketing, business or healthcare studies.
- 1-2 years of combined experience
