Multi Skilled Technician - Kitchen Equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Kitchen Maintenance Solutions (KMS) Technicians will be multi-skilled technicians with the ability and qualifications to undertake all maintenance works covering all aspects within a kitchen environment – like refrigeration systems, hot cooking equipment and tabletop items as required The KMS Technicians will be responsible for carrying out PPM, diagnosis and repair works within customers premises or at workshop premises as required Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff as required.

• Trouble shooting of all kitchen equipment ( Chillers / Freezers/ovens/gas equipment/microwave oven/ice cream machines/cold rooms etc.)
• Replacing chiller compressor and cold room compressor
• Well knowledge on gas equipment service and trouble shooting.
• Combi oven trouble shooting and service.
• Well knowledge on electrical kitchen equipment ( Dough mixers, dough sheeters, cooking equipment, food processors etc.)
• Identifying and replacing faulty spare parts on kitchen equipment.
• Parameter settings and programming of controls ( Blast chillers, chiller and freezers, combi ovens etc.)
• Well knowledge on trouble shooting dish washers and glass washers.
• Basic knowledge in electric welding.
• Driving license
• Flexibility on work, ready to work in all emirate.

Skills:

• Profound knowledge of how various types of kitchen and refrigeration equipment work.
• Outstanding soldering and blazing skills, applying oxygen/propane.
• Strong ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, and to follow manuals on operation and installation to successful complete tasks.
