Network Inspector – Material Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Network Inspector – Material Coordinator for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Purpose-

Centralized Master data management team support material master and service master creating day-to-day requests from Business Unit end users from various locations for creating new request, change request & extend of material/service and inactivation in SAP S4HANA.

Responsibilities-

• Maintain the Material Master and Service Master in SAP MM.
• Creation of Materials by using MM01.
• Changing the Material by using MM02.
• Deletion of Material by using MM06.
• Searching Duplicates & Materials by using MM03.
• Searching Duplicates & Service code in Display Service Master.
• Preparing Mass SAP uploading format for the bulk request
  Identifying & Eliminating the duplicated items from the existing MM database.
• Maintaining Material Master for material types like Office Consumable (ZOFF), Spares Material (ERSA) (ZSPR), Consumables Materials (ZCON), Refurbish Spares(ERSA) (ZRFB), Bulk Raw Material (ZROH), Bulk Semi Finished Goods (ZSFG), Packing Raw Material (ZPRM) etc.
• Class/Characteristics Identification, Data Normalization/Cleansing, Data Quality, Data.
• Classification, Attribute extraction, Normalization, Data Enrichment, Re-arranging the description of Products.
• Material & service code creation maintained international standards class and characteristics template, short and long descriptions is derived based on the characteristics values like ( item name, type, material, size…etc).
• Material group we will be following UNSPSC standard. All item code material group will be mapped in to UNSPSC commodity code level.
• Identification of Noun and Modifier (Class/Characteristics).
• Unification of Material Data plant and Maintain Centralized master Data.
• Missing information preparation, Content Cleansing & updating.
• Material master data clean-up.
• Submission of Consolidated Reports (MM60 & ZMM60).
• Reviewing documents like SPIR, operation manual, Data Sheet, SLD, P&ID.
• Duplicate analysis and the Master Data Health Checkup concepts and implementation.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role
• Experience in using SAP S4HANA
