News Partnerships Operations Associate- Turkish speaker

Transguard Workforce Solutions is now looking to recruit a Turkish speaking, News Partnerships Operations Associate for an industry leading client in social media. The job holder will provide day-to-day support to the Middle East, Africa and Turkey News Partnerships team – with a focus on organising partners reviews, triaging partner issues and requests, communicating by email, phone and video conference with partners, and tracking ongoing partner activity, communications and programmes.

In this role your main responsibilities include the following:

• Organising and building supportive case study material – get relevant collateral and signoff from partners
• Keeping meeting notes and writing reports
• Logging partner requests into internal systems, following up on requests and resolutions, and communicating back to the partners where appropriate
• Collaborating closely with the rest of the News Partnerships and Partner Solutions teams, as well as with cross-functional teams such as Partnerships, Product, Media Operations and Partner Engineering teams
• Liaising with partner contacts, suppliers, contractors, and company staff to organise meetings and events
• Using internal systems, such as CRM, to log and track partner activity.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Fluent Turkish and Arabic with excellent command of English
• Prior Experience in working with media/ news/publishing agency
• Proactive with a keen eye to detail
