Our organization is seeking an Administrator cum Driver (Exit Process Coordinator) to join our team. The focus of this role is on facilitating the exit process for our employees who are being repatriated. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding individuals' plans, ensuring relevant processes go smoothly (such as flight bookings and attendance at HR meetings), producing associated templates and communications, and ensuring people exit the accommodation as quickly as possible. The role requires someone who can work independently and efficiently to streamline the exit process.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the staff to HR office for F&F acknowledgment
  • Ensuring that staff has flight ticket, Visa is cancelled, and relevant documents are available with the staff before he/she travels
  • Ensuring that relevant teams i.e., EWRT and Ticketing team are updated in case of any delay or change in schedule & record is updated in oracle
  • Facilitating the staff exit from accommodations to the airport & drive employees to the airport if required, particularly in more challenging or sensitive cases
  • Ensuring that staff exit details are updated in oracle
  • Collection of passports for Repatriation cases and handing over to the staff at airport
  • Responsible for addressing staff queries related to the exit process

Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience in facilitating exit processes and understanding of related procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Airside access (will be provided by the company)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
