We are currently recruiting for an Officer - Corporate Communications & CSR for our trusted client in the Aviation industry to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.

Purpose-

Work closely with the Senior Manager – Corporate Communications & CSR on planning and implementing corporate communication strategies and CSR programmes that supports our local brand proposition and is aligned with the overall government agenda and vision for Dubai.

Supports the line manager on working with functions across the business to understand key initiatives to develop timely and quality corporate communications programmes and CSR activities that are aligned with our brand values and our local brand positioning and reputation.

To monitor performance of our key corporate communications projects across the organisation to ensure optimal performance, brand consistency and positive brand reputation.
Engage key stakeholders through joint campaigns, working closely with the line manager to establish and maintain excellent relationships.

Responsibility-

  • Assist in developing corporate communications plans and activity that is aligned with overall Corporate Communication strategy.
  • The job holder will be required to work closely with other cross functional team members under the supervision of the line manager to develop tactical communications plans that reflect an understanding of stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Support the line manager in producing quality and timely implementation of a well-planned corporate communications plans for key stakeholders that supports our overall corporate strategy.
  • Support the line manager in manage the agreed CSR programmes and any corresponding relationships with third parties/agencies to ensure we are meeting industry standards of CSR best practice and managing the cross functional teams to achieve these standards.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in the development and delivery of key corporate communications activities under the supervision of the line manager to achieve stakeholder department and organizational goals.
  • Assist the line manager in leading key cross-functional government stakeholder projects within the DXB community together with other team members to ensure alignment and adoption of DXB projects across the sector and approved projects are delivered on time, within budget and well-integrated across the business.
  • Assist the line manager in managing and participating in key projects when required representing the Brand & Communications team and providing communications subject matter expertise.
