Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Operation Manager Security Services to join our team at Tranguard Group. The candidate is to be based in Dubai.

Scope-

To manage and operate the development of the division. To meet the expectations of the customers, whilst fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements. To plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations, improve the company's efficacy, help achieve the company's mission and goals, and produce an outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibility-

  • Manage and support all division operations on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by all client and customer groups.
  • Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract startup phase to include the following criteria.
  • Initial Project Planning, Project logistic planning, Sourcing and recruiting of contract staff, agreeing clients' scope of works, Ordering of project equipment and machinery as required, Liaising with the Senior Manager on a daily basis, Regular communication and meeting with client, Contract staff induction and continuation training, Arranging and controlling local order purchases, Monitor and visit the contract works teams at regular intervals, Control and support the division supervisors.
  • Work with the Senior Manager attending client meetings as and when required.
  • Support the Senior Manager and Director, Security Services in budgeting and forecasts.
  • Coordinates and controls all operational, support service, and management resources, in order to meet and exceed all contract performance objectives and expectations.
  • Proactively leads and manages the planning and preparation for all deployments including manpower and equipment requirements.
  • Ensure quality and accurate billing of all invoices; Works collectively with Event Security and other business units to deliver inter-BU service delivery for all events.
  • Establishes maintains and develops excellent customer, communication and service excellence links and relationships with all Customers; Assist the Senior Manager in obtaining the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals.
  • Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and also for the daily/weekly briefings with the Senior Manager and team supervisors.
  • Responsible for carrying out monthly site visits and providing the necessary feedback to the Senior Manager and team supervisors as required. Any area that requires any improvement an action plan is to be formulated and implemented at the earliest opportunity.
  • Work with the team supervisors to devise and conduct any induction and continuation training required for new staff. The training package should be produced before any new staff take up their post. All training carried out is to be recorded in staff personnel files.
  • Maintain and run the monthly budgets and P&L account for all division contracts. This will include the issuing of all invoices to clients and customers and recording any expenditure such as local orders. Are view of the account should be carried out with the Accounts Managers on a monthly basis. Any outstanding issues should be resolved as soon as possible.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects and procedures of the administration department. Any issues should be resolved as soon as possible.
  • Implement and monitor all monthly stock checks ensuring that all supervisors accurately complete the necessary documentation. Any discrepancies should be investigated with the Senior Manager.
  • Responsible for planning all transport requirements in advance of any contract start date. This will require close and constant liaison with the transport division.

  • Ensure that all contract staff members carry out all company and division induction training on arrival. Records of all training carried out must be maintained in staff personnel files.
  • Ensure that all service level agreements within the contract scope of works are maintained; These should be monitored on a monthly basis using the client evaluation forms. Any problems or issues should be resolved as soon as possible.
  • Monthly site audits are to be carried out in line with the service level agreements and agreed scope of works on all contracts.
  • Purchase requests must be authorized by the appropriate signatory before ordering any equipment or stock items.
  • Ensures that all contract staff sickness, absence, and holidays are reported in line with company procedures.

Skills

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Experience: 7 years in Security related operations
  • Valid UAE Driving license
  •  SIRA
