Job Description
We are looking for a well experienced Operations Manager to join our Facilities Management Team.
This postholder is responsible in providing accurate management accounting information to BU and group. In this role you will ensure that all operational and administration components and portfolio are delivered on time, within the scope of contract aligned with the company SOP’s.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of operations in client portfolio and ensuring all solutions, both managed and manpower, are delivered in the scope of the commercial client contract and in line with the Transguard's operating procedures; that revenue and costs are managed under the scope of the contract
- Proactively leading and managing the planning and preparation for client contracts including manpower deployments, mobilisation, demobilisation, accommodation, transport, welfare and relations, training, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Working with the Account Manager to obtain the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals
Skills
- Excellent English communication
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience handling Healthcare accounts with FM background
- Business Writing Skills, Incident & Accident Reporting, Project Management
- Diploma / Degree holder
