JD for Ops Manager – FMH ( Expo Site Base )

·       Leading the Expo customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned accounts needs and expectations are met.

·       Developing a trusted advisor relationship with Key customer stakeholders at Expo and executive sponsors, and be the lead point of contact for any issues.

·       Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with the individual client plans and clearly communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

·       Ensuring smooth transition of any deployment to a client, ensuring system updates, client acceptance and matching pay scales and charge out rates within the contract. Ensure the staff allocated are suitable for the roles required by understanding the client’s needs.

·       Forecasting and track key account metrics; managing the time and attendance and customer invoicing. Ensure timely receipt of T&A and Invoices and review absenteeism levels to identify and action areas for improvement.

·       Leading the operations team effectively through regular communication and coaching/mentoring where required. Identify potential successors and facilitate training where relevant.

·       Conducting regular client reporting of all KPI’s and adapt documentation to the needs of the client. Be proactive in information sharing with the client and operations team.

·       Ensuring All documentation & Mobilization  date as per Expo compliance as well as per agreed timeline

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
