We are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager – Manpower Services. This role will be based in DAFZA, Dubai.
Scope
To manage the smooth operations of Manpower and Outsource contract(s) in coordination with site Supervisors, Admin Support, Assistant Operations Manager and Account Managers.
Position Responsibilities
Area- Operational Excellence
Responsibility-
- Manage and support operations on a daily basis.
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to client satisfaction
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of contract start-up phase, including:
- Plan, including ordering of PPE materials as required
- Coordinate recruitment of staff
- Coordinate or deliver staff training
- Liaise with the Account Manager/Business Head on a daily basis
- Meet client on a regular basis
- Attend client meetings as and when required
- Monthly planning of daily and weekly staff meetings/briefings to be carried out with the Operations Manager
- Responsible for issuing invoices to clients on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of the admin department, ensuring all administration procedures are adhered too.
- Plan transport requirements in advance of contract start date. Liaise with transport department to ensure no issues
- Plan accommodation requirements in advance of contract start date. Liaise with accommodation department to ensure smooth running
- Monitor client utilization in line with service level agreements and agreed scope of works on all contracts. Record and communicate findings with Supervisors and Account Manager. Agree and implement action plan for improvement where necessary.
- Plan for the deployment of the newly recruited employees immediately after the arrival process
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure expected company and client standards are reached
- Ensure team are working together effectively
- Making sure all the idle employees redeployed immediately
- Ensuring scheduled employees are shifted as planned.
