Transguard is now looking to recruit an Operations Manager (Retail & Hospitality) for its Security division.
In this role, your responsibilities include the following:
•Managing and supporting all division operations on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract startup: initial project planning
•Responsible for end-to-end project logistic planning
•Sourcing and recruiting of contract staff
•Ordering of project equipment and machinery as required
•Liaising with the Account Managers on a daily basis
•Managing and maintaining regular communication meeting with client in the initial stages of the contract set-up
•Working with the Account Managers and attending client meetings as and when required.
•Assisting the Account Managers in obtaining the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals.
•Maintaining and running the monthly budgets and P&L account for all division contracts. This will include the issuing of all invoices to clients and customers and recording any expenditure such as local orders. A review of the account should be carried out with the Accounts Managers on a monthly basis. Any outstanding issues should be resolved as soon as possible.
•Implementing and monitoring all monthly stock checks, ensuring that all supervisors accurately complete the necessary documentation
•Responsible for planning all transport requirements in advance of any contract start date.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
•3-5 years of industry experience
•Excellent Microsoft office skills
•Strategic planning experience
