Operations Manager-Security

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!  We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager-Security to join our team at Tranguard Group.  The candidate is to be based out of UAE. 

Scope:

To manage and operate the development of the FM Services Division.  To meet the expectations of the customers, whilst fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support all division operations on daily basis. Ensure that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by all client and customer groups
• Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract startup phase to include the following criteria:
• Initial Project Planning.
• Project logistic planning.
• Sourcing and recruiting of contract staff.
• Agreeing clients’ scope of works.
• Ordering of project equipment and machinery as required.
• Liaising with the Account Managers on daily basis.
• Regular communication meeting with client in the initial stages.
• Contract staff induction and continuation training.
• Arranging and controlling local purchases orders.
• Monitor and visit the contract works teams at regular intervals.
• Control and support the division supervisors
• Working with the Account Managers attending client meetings as and when required and assist the Account Managers in obtaining the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals.
• Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and for the daily/weekly briefings with the Account Managers and team supervisors.
• Responsible for carrying out monthly site visits and providing the necessary feedback to the Account Managers and team supervisors as required. Any area that requires any improvement an action plan is to be formulated and implemented at the earliest opportunity.
• Working with the team supervisors to devise and conduct any induction and continuation training required for new staff. The training package should be produced before any new staff take up their post.   All training carried out is to be recorded in staff personnel files.
