Job Description
To answer all incoming calls and respond to client emails in a timely, efficient, polite and professional manner. Recording information accurately and precisely in the system whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
Major Responsibilities: -
- The Call Centre Operator will be the first point of communication within TG Cash and other BU clients, both internal and external. Answer all incoming calls and respond to client emails in a timely, efficient, polite and professional manner
- Log information in the CAFM system accurately and precisely whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
- Call Centre Operators will aim to meet or exceed the expected levels of service for efficiency and courtesy.
- Receive and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel/departments, if necessary
- Give accurate information to clients and third parties
- Professionally and efficiently deal with any escalations
Skills
Ideal candidate must have: -
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Must be school leaver +2 years
- Minimum English Level 4 as per TG standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Customer Service skills
