Patient Safety Associate

Transguard Workforce Solutions is now recruiting for a Patient Safety Associate for a client in the Pharmaceutical industry. This will be a short-term opportunity for a period of 3-4 months. As a Patient Safety Associate, you will be supporting the Patient Safety team in their daily activities including preparation for further processing, review, and expediting of documents (from technical perspective).

In this role, your responsibilities include the following:

• Preparing respective submission documents
• Preparing and distributing of patient safety documents.
• Participating in the verification process of data correctness in the global safety database
• Verifying the correctness and compliance of documentation sent to the Patient Safety Department
• Preparing the Patient Safety training materials and logistics; editing training materials such as preparation of confirmations, certificates, printing of training materials for participants
• Archiving all safety documentation as per respective policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Ensuring the verification and updating of respective PS archiving system
• Managing the collection, processing, documentation, reporting and follow-up of all adverse events reports for all company products
• Supporting in managing reporting/submission/distribution of safety reports/updates/information to Local Health Authorities (LHA) and/or clinical operations.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in operations management and execution
• Relevant industry experience of 1-2 years
• Open to new graduates (medical, science, pharmacy, nursing etc.)
