Plumber - Utility Management

We are looking for experienced Plumber who will provide and demonstrate wide variety of strong Plumbing technical skills on site. This position is field-based role, and often requires work in adverse conditions. Some jobs may even be in remote locations., well-suited to people who have an interest in the environment and enjoy finding solutions to problems.

Responsibility

• To deliver and support on projects / Operations in line with the Transguard Utility Management Policy.
• This includes but is not limited to Energy audits, Utility monitoring. Utility Saving Projects.
• Will be responsible for inspection of water projects which are already in place to ensure sustainability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnoses of high-water consumption in accommodations.
• Installation, modification and re arrangements of piping network as per new project design.
• Prepare the material list for any plumbing job
• Installation of new plumbing fixtures across all accommodations.
• Train other plumbers on new projects, plumbing fixtures and complete handover of project to IFS team.
• Ensure over flow system are working perfectly in all accommodations to avoid any overflow.
• He will perform adjustments of line pressure, valve adjustments, flush tank adjustments
• Clear hands on full sanitary fittings and perform random inspection to check aerators , flush tanks , major and minor leaks.

All applicants must meet the minimum requirements :

• Good Communication skills.
• Plumbing Maintenance and projects
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• A minimum of  24 months of continuous service.
• A clean employee record with no disciplinaries in last 12 months
• Recognised Diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant field.
