Transguard is currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join their Client's team, based out of their company headquarter in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities-
- Lead Full cycle of AP function including processing of the vendor invoice in accordance with approval and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Communicates, interfaces, and coordinates with Vendor, Supplier in a professional manner
- Monitor and prepare Procurement Timeline, taking into account dependencies and Logistics requirements
- Perform record keeping for project related documents and financial operation
- Monthly reconciliation of vendors and supplier
- Work closely with other members of the finance and accounting team and with each respective business unit
- Ensure that policies and procedures adhere to while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare various monthly management reports
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is added advantage
- Ability to operate effectively with people at all level of business
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
- Proactive and result driven
- High attention to detail
