Job Description

Transguard is currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join their Client's team, based out of their company headquarter in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Lead Full cycle of AP function including processing of the vendor invoice in accordance with approval and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Communicates, interfaces, and coordinates with Vendor, Supplier in a professional manner
  • Monitor and prepare Procurement Timeline, taking into account dependencies and Logistics requirements
  • Perform record keeping for project related documents and financial operation
  • Monthly reconciliation of vendors and supplier
  • Work closely with other members of the finance and accounting team and with each respective business unit
  • Ensure that policies and procedures adhere to while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare various monthly management reports

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project is added advantage
  • Ability to operate effectively with people at all level of business
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
  • Proactive and result driven
  • High attention to detail
