Transguard is currently hiring a Product Compliance Assistant for one of the reputed client in Dubai to join them immediately.
The role requires the below responsibilities.
- Maintain records of Product Test Reports, Certificates, and compliance documentations
- Maintain records to support Safety and Compliance
- Network and cloud files management for sharing to internal and external stakeholders
- Encoding certification details to product compliance dashboard and internal application system.
Skills
- Electronics background (an advantage)
- Familiar with Regulations or Standards for consumer electronics or appliances (an advantage)
- Knowledge of Product development or manufacturing (an advantage)
- Interpret laws, regulations or standards in legal documents
- Possess incredible accuracy
- High Attention to Details
- Proof reading documents (Soft & Hard copies)
- Exceptional Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Daily record keeping with Electronic and Hard Copy filing of documents
- Basic skills in MS Excel and Word
- Data Entry
- Excellent Time Management
