Productional Material Control Specialist

In this role, Your responsibilties will include the following: 

• Receive the material PO from service center and arrange delivery between mother warehouse and service center.
• Make allocation plan of material and daily checking the material availability of service center demand give the solution to the shortage。
• Make application forecast plan to HQ and proceed the status ，
• Co-work with HQ department and logistics company on the international delivery from HQ.
• Arrange scrap or other ways for defective spares.
• Collaborate with the 3rd party on the warehouse management, make sure the safety of material storage.
• Collecting all necessary customs clearance documents from HQ and controlling spare parts hub clearance activities and performance.
• Controlling monthly customs clearance supporting documents to verify customs clearance invoice of spare parts hub.
• Checking daily service center backlog reports and contacting with local After Sales Manager to provide alternative solutions.
• Supporting service centers for their technical requirements.
• Supporting local After Sales Manager for KPI improvement with corrective service center action plans.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
• At least 3 years of material controlling management.
• Experience in mobile phones business is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Familiar with relevant technology trends and product knowledge.
• Work experience with Chinese companies is an advantage.
