We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager-Aviation for our Client based out of its head office in Dubai.
Scope:
The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of the projects/ programmer from brief/ business case through to entry into service/ handover. The role is to be the focal point and area of expertise for stakeholder engagement and resolution of day-to-day actions as part of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Agree project scope, purpose, estimated costs/ timelines
- Support brief/ business case development with SME and Investment Planning Team Support appropriate project approvals and documentation
- Where necessary, manage the design process and activities of the design team
- Single point of contact for the project
- Where necessary, manage the design process and activities of the design team
- Manage project delivery at all stages, inclusive of any changes/ variations
- Should have experience in Ramp operations
- Provide appropriate reporting (e.g. cost, schedule, risks) to ensure transparent communication
- Responsible for activities post go live to ensure compliance with the Client’s governance
- Conduct project lessons learned
- Support in benefit realization, as required
- Ensure all the governance processes are adhered to within the project delivery
- Conduct project reporting as per the Client’s governance within specified tools and timeframes
