We are currently looking to recruit a talented project manager with a track record of driving innovation and of delivering technology enabled transformation projects in an operational organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in combining business process design, change management, and technology to drive innovation and transform how Transguard delivers operational services.
As a Project Manager- Digital Transformation you will regularly assess the tech market for opportunities to drive positive change and efficiency into our service delivery model. You will build the case for change, work to gain approval with key stakeholders and then plan and execute the project to deliver the project objective. You will become an SME on key products and solutions, champion their deployment and promote usage across the group.

*This position is a limitted term contract for 12 months*
Main job responsibilities include,
Working with leadership and project team to identify and assess opportunities to leverage process redesign and technology to change on how services can be delivered. A strong emphasis will be on process redesign and process optimization to improve efficiency and client service delivery.
Build the case for change and investment.
Plan, manage and execute projects to drive digital transformation including governance, scoping, planning, and project delivery.
Work closely with the project team to champion and promote tech solutions across the group.
Champion and foster a culture of innovation, excellence and continuous improvement
Skills
- Good knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS
- Change Management Champion
- Project Management & delivery
- Certifications in Project management (Prince, PMP, L-lean Six Sigma)
- Excellent Communication and problem solving skills
