QC Executive

Transguard Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for a QC Executive for our client, a well-known market research company headquartered in Sharjah.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following:

• Recruiting, training, coordinating, supervising and motivating a quality control team, to ensure that all validations are scheduled / carried out according to the QC procedures and specified instructions.
• Working with the Field team to assist them in improving data quality through constructive feedback and gaining agreement on any action plans.
• Responsible for the continual supervision and improvement of quality checks, to ensure that the standards of QC are continually improved and cost/budget/ time efficiencies are optimized.
• Training QC Checkers/ Validators as per the QC SOP.
• Liaising with the FM/ PM regarding project queries to ensure the validators have a complete understanding of the project they are validating.
• Maintaining the project documentation required to fully support the QC SOP and Watch Builder requirements.
• Ensuring QC Checkers/ Validators receive regular feedback on the standard of their work and to monitor subsequent work to ensure feedback issues are resolve

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must be fluent in English and Arabic
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in market research
• Prior experience in conducting Validation Checks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & GS Good organizing and planning skills.
