We are currently recruiting for our client a QHSE Manager– Facilities Management in the banking industry.
Scope
Provide health safety advisory services & carry out Quality inspections at client facilities for IFS.
Responsibilities
- Monitor FM Contracts Quality
- Monitor KPIs/SLAs via FM team input (call-log)
- Train QHSE staff
- Develop and support policies and procedures
- Perform internal ISO Audits
- Ensure ISO Audit Compliance
- CSAT Management & Feedback consolidation
- Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety Management system and ensure its compliance with International Safety Standards
- Daily monitor safety standards therefore ensuring smooth running of daily shifts in safety related matters
- Work closely with the TG client’s health & safety representatives to ensure TG staff members are falling in line with the client’s health & safety procedures
- Advise personnel and provide training in all safety related matters therefore ensuring all new and existing personnel are aware of safety regulations
- Conduct inspections related to fire and safety therefore ensuring all buildings are compliant in all matters relating to fire safety
- Conduct safety audits/ inspection in the facilities to identify the HSE improvement opportunities
- Record and maintain a database of all inspections conducted to follow up and identify corrective actions
- Coordinate with local authority/ bodies for mutual assistance and liaise with Civil Defense during emergencies to mitigate loss of life and damage to property
- Assist the facility manager/ safety manager in investigating accidents or incidents to identify conditions that cause accidents and seek actions to prevent the same
- Conduct toolbox talks with members of other departments therefore ensuring all departments are fully aware of all safety procedures
