Quality Assurance & Testing Manager

We are currently recruiting for Quality Assurance & Testing Manager to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the testing and quality assurance of Business Technology solutions as well as responsible to oversee & ensure solutions are fit for purpose in accordance with company’s Business Technology objectives prior to them going live. Requires regular communications with development teams, Operations teams and business teams. Solutions are to be tested in compliance with enterprise architecture, business strategy and requirements, and that they are aligned to corporate objectives. Oversee the tactical testing and quality assurance of Business Technology across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality assurance trends and evolving technologies and keep the executive team informed about related issues and implications for the company.
• Ensure a roadmap is in place to achieve Quality Assurance certification. If already in place, then ensure that the QA certification is maintained and relevant.
• Ensure efficient and effective testing methodologies are in place.
• Must be able to perform hands-on testing for a wide range of technologies/areas within Business Technology.
• Analyse existing Quality Assurance capabilities and document gaps and provide recommendations elaborate more.
• Plan, manage and ensure that a quality assurance programme is put in place.
• Elaborate more details Manage a Quality Assurance awareness programme and ensure availability of testing and quality assurance documentation.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the quality assurance program.
• Design key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to assess the impact of quality assurance efforts.
• Analyze data, generate comprehensive reports, and present insights to relevant customers & stakeholders.

• Working experience in testing and quality assurance in information technology.
• The individual should also have hands-on experience in capturing requirements, producing test criteria’s and testing of systems itself.
• Should be proficient in system configuration and troubleshooting as well.
• Experience in the aviation sector is a plus.
• System/Platform testing disciplines.
