Recruiter - Blue Collar

In this role your responsibilities include:

• Proactively and consistently striving to identify new candidates and clients, and progressing with identified leads
• Providing recruitment services to internal clients  and liaise with Blue collar Management team
• Developing a good understanding of client's company, their industry, business, work culture and environments
• Sourcing candidates for suitable vacancies in-line with company policies and sales procedures
• Identifying and attracting candidates using all available resources (Walkins, LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, Naukrigulf and TG talent pool)
• Routinely creating and publishing adverts for all ongoing vacancies
• Managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidate and candidate filling processes
• Tracking and managing sourcing calls to ensure quality, salary benchmarking and market predictability.
• Routinely updating and managing ATS to enhance candidate experience and process efficiency
