Job Description

Transguard Group was established in 2001 and has diversified significantly, we lead in the fields of Cash Services, Security Services, Manpower Services, Facilities Management & Aviation. Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees! We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join our team at Tranguard Group. The candidate is to be based out of Dubai.

Purpose-
To manage the recruitment function of the Workforce Solutions team (Professional Contract Staffing division) and the internal talent acquisition function of the Transguard Group.

The role involves complete responsibility of service delivery, team and individual performance. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure all recruitment requirements are met. The correct person for the role will focus on fulfilling strategic vacancies and ensuring all mandates are closed in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities-

  • Direct sourcing and fulfillment of roles for both Transguard Group and external customers.
  • Management of a recruitment team to fill all vacancies internally and externally.
  • Complete oversight on the Applicant Tracking System used by the Transguard Group.
  • Ensure accurate reporting is shared with key stakeholders on a weekly basis covering performance of department, customers, and team members.
  • Partner with the WFS team to work closely with customers to ensure their recruitment needs are being met.
  • Provide salary benchmarking details as required for bid and tender purposes.
  • Monthly Management meetings with Business Units and customers.
  • Work closely with the Transguard Group HR team to ensure strategic talent programs are executed in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure that Transguard Group careers page is managed, and all vacancies are published under the group guidelines.
  • Work closely with our Applicant Tracking System supplier to optimize workflows, create new features and troubleshooting any issues or challenges.
  • Ensure Transguard LinkedIn resources are effectively managed and lead business reviews with account manager.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by exploring new innovative ways of working, automating administrative tasks and optimizing the candidate experience.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with interviews.
  • Advise the business units on operational issues relating to the recruitment process.
  • Conduct 1:1s with team members and provide learning and development opportunities for team members to match both their career aspirations and the requirements of the business.
  • Work with Procurement to manage supplier contracts (job boards, ATS, LinkedIn).
  • Review and evaluate the success measures of the Recruitment function and provide feedback and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • UAE Experienced Recruitment Consultant working within the Staffing Industry
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Experience in recruiting in multiple industries and various levels from junior skilled roles to C-Level positions
  • Expertise recruiting within the IT Sector would be advantageous
  • Experience in designing and managing in country recruitment campaigns
