Relationship Executive - Transguard Living

We are currently recruiting for a Relationship Executive to join our KMS & TG Living team at Transguard Group in Dubai.

Scope: Generating revenue by signing up for Annual Maintenance contracts (MEP and Clean), Generating revenue by closing one-off quoted jobs (MEP and Clean, Overlook quoted job process and conversion

Responsibilities:

Financial

• Contribute towards revenue growth of the BU by selling AMC’s (Residential/Commercial)
• Contribute towards revenue growth by winning tenders/BIDS and increase one-off quoted job conversion

Customer

• Propose suitable AMC Solutions to customers (MEP/Clean)
• Propose timely and accurate Tender/BID Solutions to customers

Process

• Preparation of financial summaries for Tailored AMC requirements
• Preparation of Financial summaries for Tender/BID solutions

Innovation

• Propose Financial summary enhancements that can help with pricing solutions
• Prepare promotional rate cards and offers by creating relevant financial summaries

Selection Criteria:

• 3 years’ experience in selling residential / commercial MEP and Cleaning services
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
• Have a sound business and technical knowledge of HVAC/MEP and Cleaning service industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience in Preparing Proposals, quotes and Tender/BID solutions
• Knowledge of preparing commercial agreements
• Knowledge in pricing MEP and Cleaning requirements
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Valid U.A.E Driving license
