Scope: External Façade & Window and panel cleaning by using rope access method at the building. |
|
The Rope Access Senior Technician is responsible for close supervision and mentoring of his subordinates who are working along with him in his vicinity |
|
Ensure all activity Reports to supervisor and watch his team closely when they are on rope access activity. |
|
In addition to this, they have same responsibility of Level-1 & Also Ground level safety person. |
|
Follows company policies and procedures at all times & to ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times. |
|
Ensure that all sickness, absence and holidays are reported in line with company procedures |
|
Ensures teamwork within individual teams & Interfaces regularly with the customers & clients when required meeting & exceeding their expectations |
|
Encourage & handle customer feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner |
|
Be polite and well-mannered with customers and other staff and work diligently and safely at all times |
|
Show a strong commitment to OH&S and high-quality standards |
|
Be communicative and professional. |
Skills

EPT English level 1 &Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / PC skills Verbal Communication Time Management Facilitate Discussion Meet Deadlines. |
