Rope Access technician- level 3

The Rope Access Supervisor is the project health & safety manager and is fully responsible for implementing the health and safety measures required to eliminate or control hazards to operatives and third party at the worksite.

The Rope Access Supervisor is responsible to ensure that the work and the workers proceed in accordance with IRATA International code of practice and CONTRACTOR operating procedure.

In the manner set out in the documentation for the work project and with the aim of no accidents, no waste and no defects.

Be polite and well-mannered with customers and other staff and work diligently and safely at all times

He must assess the combination of environmental conditions, worksite location, work task, and conflicting activities before commencing operations. Only the supervisor may make the final decision to proceed.

Ensure that all weekly time sheets are completed and handed to admin support within the correct time limit

Ensure all monthly stock counts are completed and documented then handed in to the admin support & to ensure all purchase requests to be monitored and deliveries checked and signed.

Show a strong commitment to OH&S and high-quality standards

Responsible for onsite training, development and reviewing the team, all training records to be completed and filled accordingly.

Ensure that all contract scope of work contracts is adhered too.
