Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!  We are currently recruiting for a Sales Intermediaries Coordinator for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Role-

This role will have a cross functional alignment with multiple stakeholders to ensure full compliance with company Governance and Policies in managing Sales intermediaries in the Middle East Turkey and Levent region (METL) as per the below responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Be able to draft, review and proofread legal documents including Agreements and Notification Notices.
  • Keep records and reminders related to the Agreements renewal timelines
  • Follow up with the legal, Compliance, commercial and the Distribution Management teams on the renewal dates of different agreements
  • Keep record and follow up on the Compliance / Due Diligence status of different Sales intermediaries.
  • Keep records for up-to-date templates of different kinds of legal agreements / commercial agreements to be used by different stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams capturing inputs to draft different Distribution, and or retail agreements
  • Proof reading and review of different agreements before submission for approvals.
  • Support in the LCM / MSB and other approvals platform submissions and follow up
  • Support in the execution of the approved agreements (digital signatures or wet signatures)
  • Support in the archiving of the legal documents.
  • Support in the data management / statistics related to the distribution agreements.

Skills

  • Must have excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office Applications as well other editing / approving platforms.
  • Must have excellent project management skills and demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and demonstrated success in establishing effective Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work well independently under pressure
