We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager (Non-Meat Items) for our trusted client to be based out of Dubai.

Purpose-

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within the United Arab Emirates market. This role involves managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and staying abreast of market trends to capitalize on business opportunities.

Responsibility-

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data, competition and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Set clear sales targets and monitor team's progress towards achieving them.
  • Motivate and inspire sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at, institution sales distributors, and retailers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to maximize revenue and market share, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activity and product knowledge.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and quality control measures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet customer expectations.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
