Salesforce Techno Functional Specialist- Application Development

We are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Techno Functional Specialist- Application Development to join our team at Transguard Group. The candidate is to be based out of Dubai.

Responsibility-

• Delivery and full implementation of CRM projects across Sales and Service cloud.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including application creation, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
• Gather requirements from the business and design the technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain lightning components, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Create and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality.
• Integrations between Salesforce and Oracle EBS.

Knowledge - Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role

• Salesforce Developer
• Service cloud consultant
• Sales cloud consultant

Knowledge – General

• Extensive knowledge of Sales cloud
• Extensive knowledge of Service cloud
• Case management
• Knowledge & Article Management
• Field Service Lightning
• Salesforce communities
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, C and Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of database design and data modelling
