We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator – WFS to join our Manpower and Mobilization – TWFS team in Dubai.

 

Scope: Support the Account Management Team in the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Manager – HR & Admin Ensure the customers & employees expectation are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the each of the assigned accounts
  • Ensure that customer queries are responded to within the agreed time frames
  • Ensure all contact with the client is done in a professional manner and upholding the expected standards
  • Understand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule to meet the deadlines
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests
  • Process application of employment visas and manage the process
  • Manage the tracking of passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
  • Assist in the on boarding and off boarding of employees in conjunction with client HR
  • Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR
  • Raise VRF/CRF on Oracle
  • Closely working with WFS administration team on Transition Planning for Onboarding/Offboarding Projects
  • Management of All WFS Insurance Policies Census List including weekly updating of the master file
  • Support in weekly and monthly reports on admin activities and status as and when required
  • Data Dump Management

Knowledge – Education and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 1-2 years of experience in the same role in the same industry
  • Should be aware of the Basic UAE Labor laws and processes
