We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator – WFS to join our Manpower and Mobilization – TWFS team in Dubai.
Scope: Support the Account Management Team in the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Manager – HR & Admin Ensure the customers & employees expectation are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the each of the assigned accounts
- Ensure that customer queries are responded to within the agreed time frames
- Ensure all contact with the client is done in a professional manner and upholding the expected standards
- Understand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule to meet the deadlines
- Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests
- Process application of employment visas and manage the process
- Manage the tracking of passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
- Assist in the on boarding and off boarding of employees in conjunction with client HR
- Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR
- Raise VRF/CRF on Oracle
- Closely working with WFS administration team on Transition Planning for Onboarding/Offboarding Projects
- Management of All WFS Insurance Policies Census List including weekly updating of the master file
- Support in weekly and monthly reports on admin activities and status as and when required
- Data Dump Management
Skills
Knowledge – Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in the same role in the same industry
- Should be aware of the Basic UAE Labor laws and processes
