We are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst - Quantity Surveying for our trusted client in the Aviation industry to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.

Purpose-

Will provide the technical day to day commercial and quantity surveying interaction within Fitout team and its vendors and wider supply chain to support with its internal cost planning and forecasting.
Deployment of estimating and quantity surveying skill sets to ensure correct estimation of project budgets throughout the various project phases.
Will develop and maintain the cost database to facilitate informed project cost estimates, cost control and project budget applications.

Responsibilities-

• Support with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input to project correspondence between company and its Supply Chain, reflects the provisions of the contract and maintains the obligations set on both parties.
• Support with all Contractor claims for variation, contribution to the preparation of dashboards to reflect contractual, commercial and fiscal disposition of contracts.
• Prepare project estimations using available briefing documents, assist with the develop ad management of a cost database to facilitate improved business decision making and project prioritization.
• Contribute to the identification and evaluation of any project-related contractual and commercial risks, including but not limited to safety, security, capacity, operability and sustainability concerns, that may impact or disrupt the successful implementation of the Development Programme.
• Support with the mitigation of risks in an efficient and timely manner or else escalated as required.
• Support with SME input into the progress reporting of the Development projects against the design master schedule, in terms of budget, timelines, compliance, variations, performance indicators etc.- in line with standard corporate reporting.
• Support in the selection of various subcontractors and outsourced service providers.
• Support with SME input to business units on contractual, commercial and fiscal management of supply chain including the contribution to appropriate forms of contract to best serve interests.

• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Commercial and contractual management of Contractors and Suppliers, ideally within a Middle East construction environment- Programmed values exceeding AED 500M
• Hands on experience in MS Project, CostX or equivalent estimating software, MS Office and AutoCAD
