Senior Crew Leader (Move Division)

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Senior Crew Leader for it's moving division. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and carrying out duties as outlined.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following;

• Managing the team under your care and additional teams when required
• Keeping Operations Manager updated on all teams’ progress
• Accounting for materials and controlling stock of materials
• Driving the truck to and from moves when required and between moves
• Recording working hours for team and reporting  
• Ensuring continuous  excellent level of customer service and driving improvement where possible 
• Conducting site surveys and also checking on jobs in absence of Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;

• Minimum 5 years of (UAE) local experience in Moving or/and Storage
