Transguard Workforce Solutions is now recruiting for a Senior Manager- HR & Staffing, for one of the prominent Pavilions in Expo 2021.The role will be responsible for seamless delivery of HR operations and staffing for the said pavilion in accordance with Expo standards. The job holder will assume responsibility for overseeing recruitment and mobilisation for all resources, providing ongoing HR management and support during Expo event time. The job holder will also be accountable for end-to-end recruitment, mobilisation, employee engagement and performance as well as worker welfare and scheduling.
In this role your responsibilities include the following:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all resources to be deployed to the Pavilion
- Managing the recruitment marketing plan and enhancing the brand experience for candidates.
- Responsible for leading all recruitment initiatives as per the recruitment marketing plan and ensuring brand content is shared as described within the plan
- Managing workforce planning including alignment of organisational structure, organisational development initiatives
- Managing the entire mobilisation process for all resources from recruitment and selection, document management, hiring, visa/work permit application and ensuring all necessary permits in place as required for compliance.
- Responsible for driving employee engagement and retention including implementation of performance management process across the Pavilion.
- Responsible for designing and implementing the induction and orientation process for staff
- Responsible to ensure all training elements for staff are designed and delivered in advance of the pavilion opening date
- Managing training for employees as an ongoing basis throughout the event.
- Creating a workplace culture that resonates with the pavilion brand values as well as Expo’s wider vision
- Responsible for scheduling to ensure employee welfare standards are met and that there are zero gaps in operational delivery.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience using ATS
- HRIS or HRMS experience
- Project management experience
- People Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Articulate and extrovert
- Good understanding of Arabic
- Cultural Awareness
